The Royal Concertgebouw in Amsterdam chooses Theateradvies

August 9th, 2013

The Concertgebouw in Amsterdam was opened in 1888 in the middle of a meadow, at a fair distance from Amsterdam. The city however has grown and the building is now in the centre of Amsterdam. The audience has grown as well. With 900 activities and 700.000 visitors per year, this is one of the most successful concert halls in the world.

To facilitate these activities, the organization has quite a big technical installation at its disposal. Theateradvies was awarded an assignment to research how to further improve this installation, to meet the highest standards of functionality and safety, now and in the future.
