Theateradvies selected as theater consultant for new theater Bree, Belgium

A team led by TenBrasWestinga Architects won the architectural competition for the new theater in Bree, Belgium. Theateradvies was a member of this team and was thereby selected as the theater consultant.

The new theater will replace the current theater De Breughel. The existing theater no longer meets modern technical and spatial requirements. The new theater will have a 300 seat auditorium, foyer, dressing rooms, offices and a café. The theater is to be located in the center of Bree and partly housed in the Polytechnic School's former warehouse.

Theateradvies is working together with architects TenBrasWestinga on the design of the auditorium, logistics and stage equipment. The completion of the theater is scheduled for June 2018.
